Work Ethic

Detail Oriented
When it comes to tasks that require decisions I think logically, practically, and objectively.  My decisions are based more on logic than feelings and experience in a certain area helps me more accurately make a reasonable deicing.  I begin with making alternatives and multiple action plans before I narrow them down choose the best solution.  After weighing the pros and cons I can begin the process of starting the task. To begin a task I thoroughly make an organized schedule of tasks I need to do and the order in which they need to be completed.  I also tend to finalize details before I begin thinking of the final product. This helps me to stay on task and make sure I do not forget anything important.  I tend to make lots of checklists and I can stay very focused with this systematic structure.   Also, I have really good concentration so outside factors are not likely to disrupt my routine or steady workflow.  After making the checklists I perform tasks in order following my plan step by step. As I work along I like to keep with my current plan but fine-tune what needs fixed as I go. I also like to focus on basic ideas and skills.

Being an analytical person means I can find patterns, trends, solutions, and opportunities as well as examine data and find areas for improvement.  Specifically, I can identify the cause of things and then pinpoint how to improve various aspects of a project.  I can make sense out of information sometimes even before other people understand the question.

Efficient
I pride myself on being an efficient working.  I always get things done and keep to my word, which makes me extremely dependable.  I always follow through with things I have promised.   Also, I am serious and hard working so I can complete duties making me very reliable.  I have been told I have great job performance and a knack for solving problems. My organized routine allows me to stay on track and be very precise in my work so that nothing gets forgotten.  I do my best but I know when to not be perfectionist. I may not always be recognized for my efforts but this does not stop me from doing my best anyways

Self-Improving
I am constantly revising the work I do in order to be sure that it is correct.  I can see what things are not working with my current routine and am able to do self-reflecting until I change what needs to be changed.  I also like to further develop the skills I have so I am knowledgeable in what I do.  As part of self-improving I like to keep my mind and body active.

Preferred Work Environment
When it comes to my work environment I usually prefer to work alone.  When working alone I can focus purely on the task at hand until it is finished.  When I do work with others, an intuitive person would balance me out and bring new ideas to the table.  Another factor that I like when working with others is the ability to talk out loud about my ideas and engage in open discussion because I think out loud. I like to work practically with things that require facts over fantasy and have real world application.  I also like work hands-on and see the product of my work in a tangible sense upon completion.  However, I am on the line between realistic and imaginative; practical and conceptual; concrete and abstract. I like to focus on the here and now yet I am focused on the future and making plans so I achieve my goals. When I work I like most things to be routine so nothing surprises me yet I like experimenting with new ideas. I can follow directions well and prefer to be giving specific examples. Finally I like an organized and competitive work environment.
