Organization

Throughout my entire college career I have kept a busy schedule.  Currently, I am taking 18 credit hours, working 14 hours a week, and holding several positions within my sorority while still maintaining a 3.0 GPA.  This demonstrates time management and organization because not only do I have to keep on track of deadlines, I have to plan ahead with my art projects since they require more time.  Also, I am the President of Gamma Rho Lambda at Ball State University where I must plan events, keep the other girls' GPA up, run meetings, meet with several people on regular basis, fill out forms, and think forward in how to improve as well as thrive.

Conflict Resolution

There have been several occurrences where I have had to deal with conflict resolution between others or with myself and another person.  Most recently, I have had to deal with several instances involving girls in Gamma Rho Lambda.  Occasionally, disagreements occur between sisters and I step in, look at both sides, and mediate between them.  I have also had a few disagreements with another executive member of GRL.  To deal with this I plan on meeting with her and our Mediator to discuss ways we can better work together in ways that benefit our personality styles.
